When preparing for private, group, or scheduled sessions, TMSEP invests time and capital in food purchases, printing Study Guides and Certificates, Syllabi, Award Covers, themed tablescaping, and hiring of wait staff when necessary.  For this reason, we plan out accordingly for our various sessions and remote events.  Short-notice cancellations prevent us from the opportunity to fill the seat/s as well as cost us the initial expenses in our preparation.  Please review our Policy below. 

Initial Consultation:

  1. CLIENT will be provided up to a thirty-minute complimentary Initial Consultation to review and assess needs and goals.
  2. Initial Consultation may consist of any communication medium, ie, email correspondence, telephone, U.S. mail, or personal meeting/s that requires time for research, replies, and/or preparation of material.
  3. After Initial Consultation, should CLIENT wish to proceed, an Agreement of Terms must be signed and returned with deposit before The Magnolia School of Etiquette and Protocol (hereinafter TMSEP) can continue on behalf of CLIENT.

Deposit Policy:

  1. Full payment is due upon registration to secure a seat in any publicly offered class, seminar, camp or event.
  2.  A deposit in the amount of 50% is required to secure Private, Group, Corporate, and University sessions.
  3. Deposit is due upon signing of Agreement of Terms for Private and Group sessions.
  4. Balance of investment is due thirty (30) days prior to event date.
  5. Payment may be made by check, credit card or PayPal to:  Magnolia Etiquette

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. Should TMSEP cancel any class, seminar, camp, consultation, or other event,  full payment of monies paid will be REFUNDED within seven (7) days of date of cancellation or CLIENT has option of credit for future event to be used within one year of date of issue of credit.
  2. Should CLIENT cancel more than five (5) days preceeding event, deposit or registration funds will be refunded less an administrative fee of $75.00.
  3. Postponement/cancellation notice must be received in writing no less than five (5 days) preceeding event or client forfeits all monies.
  4. Should CLIENT cancel less than five (5) days preceding event, NO REFUND will be administered and client forfeits all monies paid to TMSEP.
